Salary, benefits, unsupportive work culture. Nobody will stand by you everyone will look for someone to put the blame on and noone is of much help, everyone is as clueless as a layman!

here job security is good , but work culture completely depends on which you are in , some teams are good and some are pathetic, where whatever you do nothing gets recognised and every employee gets over burdened with loads and loads of work with no recognition.

Toxic environment and very bad management. Even after raising complaints to HR, nobody takes action against such unprofessional managers. There is no work life balance at all. Managers asks to work on sick leaves as well.
