This company is a pay master. Compared to other similar companies, this company pays very well, just the employee has to be allocated to any project

Company hired a lot of employees because they were expecting an organizational split, now they want to downsize. They are using 'Return to office' as a tool to downsize. So, whoever is far from office locations who cannot go to office, this is a huge drawback

- Big 4 Brand name - Compensation would be good and market corrections will be done if hired with less CTC initially - Learning platform like Udemy, cloudacademy are provided. - Microsoft certifications are free of cost and all the other certifications can be reimbursed. - More Azure Cloud jobs

Dislikes

...rses, RFP, POC etc. by not doing so will be reflecting in appraisals directly. - Performance pay and hike will be given only after 3 months of appraisal cycle completion. - Project utilization will affect appraisals which includes taking leaves. - Promoting Work from office - Lesser projects

Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

...leadership’s toxicity. She likes people pleaser and no body should question her. And all those you sucks up gets a promotion, good bonus and hike.

Though work life balance is good, sometime super demanding culture No structure and hence decision making is poor More than work and performance internal network is the way org works ( no process)
