Nothing to like. Worst place to work.

Brand manager doesn’t know how to run the business. She doesn’t know how to manage our own team, she don’t deserve be the manager. Old employee just throw our work to new comer. SOP is not aligned Just doing the same work multiple time's without any logic, I don’t know why they claim best place to work even they don’t know how to treat their staff. There is no job security they fire you anytime with illogical reasons, No fix shift time they Jst throw the work anytime and we need to do that otherwise the fire the employee without any cause. All the team are puppet, and control by the HOD including brand manager or HR. Planning team doesn’t know how to plan the inventory and liquidation. Just buy lot of stock without any further planning. Hope this company will closed soon.

There is no pros, very bad work culture

Dislikes

1. No job safety, they terminate any time with out notice,they will not give enough time to showcase their abilities. 2. They don't trust their employees and internal team. 3. Work culture is very bad, working like a hell 24*7, middle of night also they will call and ask for fix and they will terminate any time without compensation. 4. Probation period in eyewa is less than 40 days. 5. if you work hard and proves also they don't care, worst management and worst hr team i haven't seen. 6.overall I don't recommend this company, joining here is waste of time and black mark to your career

Fully remote opportunity, great people to work with. They have followed good coding practices, there is a lot you can learn from the existing codebase. Modern stack including graphQL, react-query, react, node, redis etc.
