I don't like anything at all about working at Eye-Q.
Dislikes
...-ups.
Clinical staff don't have well educated and well trained professionals.
I rarely got my salary and other allowances on time here at Eye-Q.
People with low skills gets hired , thanks to approach.
And a lot of many points to talk about.....
It's terrible to work here. I would lay idle than work there with a bunch of idiots(non medicos managing doctors and telling them what to do and how to do). Pathetic. Don't ever think to work here.
...s are never achieved. Every day every hour you will be reminded of your targets. Salary also doesn't come on time. You feel like a labour working there.
If you are family oriented person then don't join Eye Q, In Covid time company reduce salary in significant figures and told that you will get back your salary But Eye Q hospitals denied for payback. They will give you lollipop of some kind of scheme and ultimately is will be scam for employees.
There is a lot of politics and the management does not address your issues. Salary is decent and career growth is slow. And the biggest thing is low salary according to experience and education.
Backlog is too much in HR department.

The company is open innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of this company
Dislikes
compensation is good but growth is slow. I have received many time appreciation message from my colleagues, other department head and respected power in company but company not given any appreciation gift and certification so some time feel very bad.
