Work life balance and overall environment of the company is awesome. Like many other companies where my friends work and share about politics within the team or on the floor, I haven’t seen such kind of environment in Exzeo. It’s been very motivating so far, good thing is that my company provides me an environment where I can learn new skills and grow. I find myself in much better position compared to my other college mates. Strongly recommended!!

Pros Unlimited coffee, No work Pressure, Easy Work People are good here, No Toxic Environment Best for intern

Cons The work will put you into Comfort zone, because that's too much easy for a Civil Engineer, You are paid less ( but if you're a student ignore this) They don't consider you a part of Company untill you are a Permanent Employee, It's not worth it, to work here if you are a Graduate (Find some job being here, don't think to settle here as a Intern). You will get attached to this job that it will be a Difficult decision to leave this company.
