I am confident that the pathway he has laid out will lead the company to even greater heights. We cannot imagine the company without the present managing director, if he is replaced with anyone I don't see any further vision for the future of this organization

About good teamwork in all departments and a nice cooperation with Leads and inter department matters and if there's any issues, they resolve the issues in clear possible manner with client requirement possibilities.

Dislikes

Lack of on-time promotions and appraisal during my point of time and not a worthwhile employee skill developments from company side. Not given enough worthable work for potential candidates.
