... They will deduct everything in the name of NCAS, tax, gratuity and other shits. Finally you will get coconut shell as salary. No perks, no benefits, you can't expect hike too. For 2 years they didn't give hike in the name of covid even though the company was making profit. It's such a big company in the world but they don't know how to retain the employees. They just need unnecessary drama to be done instead of real work. They gauge people and give rating only based on how much drama a person can do. They do micromanagement and no work from home is available, if someone wants work from home due to some health issues or something they have to beg their managers but still they won't allow WFH. People who are working in the company are having zero knowledge about the process. They have already hired a major group of people from north India and they speak only in Hindi even at the meetings, if some of south Indian people speak in their native language with others even for a minute they get offended and starts speaking about diversity and inclusion. Worst company culture because only north Indians ruling the company even though company is in South India. There is no opportunity to go to onsite. Even if there is an opportunity, those so called managers will select only those illiterate north Indians to travel along with them because they won't question or argue with managers anytime.

It's in the expensive city with no inflation or indexation for the salary to match market value. No growth potential and support and career opportunities, fake promises and fake long term plans.

Dislikes

No transperancy on salary, career growth, only Male candidates are of no value as the ratio is bad. Very low salary from market , no benefits of being a fortune 10 company. No work from home option

Its an MNC so people tend to follow work ethics

Dislikes

Low pay at entry level; They expect you to work a lot but would pay you pennies. Difficulty in changing role; You need to connect and be in people's goodwill to get a role of your liking. Lack of projects; 2 people do the work, and 4 get to take the credit. There is a shortage of projects, so they would expect you to support your stakeholders with whatever they need.

Exxonmobil IT Department is full of regional and language based politics with deplting foreign expands and increasing non technical BPO Background Managers. Company has no offering in tech space and have preference to transition all tech work to Service based Companies. Employees are supposed to do over networking, fun Friday and other useless stuffs Not a recommended company for technical SMEs
