It's in the expensive city with no inflation or indexation for the salary to match market value. No growth potential and support and career opportunities, fake promises and fake long term plans.

Low pay at entry level; They expect you to work a lot but would pay you pennies. Difficulty in changing role; You need to connect and be in people's goodwill to get a role of your liking. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
