Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Exuberant system has been not credit salary time to time and His HR are very strict and expounding always and you are terminate from you job. And hold salary by him.

There was no support in Covid-19.

Dislikes

There is no transparency in between management and employee in terms of compensation , benefits and growth. Any employee can transfer from one department to other without having prior work exp in that dept. Every week work plan gets change , unorganise work culture.

...they made calculation i am still waiting for my PF to credit in my PF account. since last sep they deducted my PF from salary but that pf is not reflecting in my pf account politics:: employee are not matured . because HR department person's are selecting people for just to show head count so they are hiring everbody. silly people sited on DM post their are some people who really deserve Deputy manager post but they didn't because they are not so close with sales manager... i wasted my time in exubernat... hope one of them will read this feedback .. in sep 2020 employee count was 1000 above now they are working with 20 to 30 people if Mr. Manoj sir terminate some top people (everybody knows who they are) then only company can grow. because they shows fake data to Mr. Manoj sir...

Overall the staff was very friendly and helpful in every situation.

Dislikes

As I started working there they didn't provide any offers letter Nd also I had salary issues I never got salary on the day they told us...and at the end after I resigned that time I got my offer letter Nd also my permanent I'd was their but when I was their we only had hand written I'd card...after resignation I didn't get any experience letter I Tried to contact my manager Nd HR team but they ignored it also Didn't pay any PF I still get MSG's your PF is not paid I don't know what they did... Experience was terrible.

Yes exuberant system pvt.ltd always support me ..... For example fight to covid and available in work from home

Dislikes

All ok not a issue but facing small issue payment issue only....hope so this issue are solve company.( Payment not come time to time)
