... their true faces when you leave the job, Covid Situation has impacted a lot . They were not even paying 25% salary of the notice period. Not giving money to the employees is the primary source of income for the company.

It’s growing too fast which eventually helps their employees to learn and achieve in the company.

Worked doesn’t get appreciated that much which is motivation for most of the employees. leave policy is also not so great .

Poor management & work culture. Need to work long hours & no work life balance. Employees aren't treated well in case of failure in delivery on time. No empathy towards employees.

People's never get appreciation and xm have 9 hr job time but people work here almost 12-15 hr and that's why if someone have good personal life please don't destroy it 😂 if they don't most welcome 🤗
