Salary gets credited on time every month, apart from that there is no pro.

As there is no HR/admin, there is no cohesive work culture. Very toxic work environment. Managers have no clue how to handle teams, no work planning and last minute decisions.

look if you're planning to work in this company then don't. One of the company with worst culture. don't only look at your salary. there is no such thing as your "end time & week-off"

There is nothing that I like about the company. First, I got a chance to work with such amazing team members. That was amazing & enthusiastic. Later that enthusiasm got over. They started pinpointing every single detail that whatever you are doing is wrong & unethical as I have done something wrong there. Zero Morale support. Bad environment Bad Work ethics No work-life balance Lots of politics Tearing your confidence down.

Dislikes

Everything. Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours in a day as I have to attend clients' calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value your efforts at all & on top of that, they will tear your confidence down every single time. I requested them to give me good leads but the leads also were not that good. Even I had to work at night after 9 pm which was making me feel sick. These people do not even appreciate your efforts they will only blame you for not the work done on time. No job security is there. They can terminate you at any point in time. No work-life Balance That's all.

No work life balance No fixed salary If daily attendance criteria is not met only LOSS OF PAY NO Casual leave it also comes as loss of pay only Terrible HR policies always change the criteria everymonth.

No positive only negative Not good place to work They said only PF is deducted but appointment letter comes only after joining it has many other deduction no fixed pay is given

I'm blassed to work in Extramarks, The senior Leadership is providing guidence at each and every step, job security, it's not firing the employees like other organization.

...anc the quality of our product, it is not being sealed due to lack of Marketing.And secondary is salary deduction
