They are very good about their employee salary, benefits, they have very safe atmosphere to work as a female employee, there you will many things every day .

Dislikes

They doesn't allow their employees to balance their working life and personal together, if you are working with it means you need to forget about your personal, they will never let you go home on time they promised in interview , you need to work more then 10 hours everyday after your OJT period

Company doesn't values their employees. Worst management, they bring various schemes for employees where once if target achieved can get your salary hiked by 1Lpa or 2Lpa but when the employee achieves the target & company gains their profits, management changes the increment criteria overnight and cheats the employees of what they deserve. And this thing has happened many times.

There should be star rating option for negative value. Worst company to work. Worst top/lower management. Fraud company.

When it comes to salary then this company is well known for fooling their employee and eat their hard earned money. Even after the resignation, management don’t provide relieving letter and do FNF.

Salary on time. (But no time to spend it) Free lunch and snacks (but no time to have it) Enough leaves (but no permission to take it)

Dislikes

KRAs were not well defined. Micromanagement. Toxic work culture. Inter/intra team disputes. Depressing environment. Robotic responses. Frequent resignations from peers(avg 3 people per month per floor) Sudden changes in short term as well as long term goals. Pseudo emergencies.
