No Transparency at all, no matter how much effort you put, it is never appreciated and there was no clear salary structure is completely wrong , and deductions are not clear at all. They don't even provide salary slip because they are involved in embezzlement.

I'm blassed to work in Extramarks, The senior Leadership is providing guidence at each and every step, job security, it's not firing the employees like other organization.

...anc the quality of our product, it is not being sealed due to lack of Marketing.And secondary is salary deduction

LIKES- I can promise you that you won't be disappointed after joining this company. The environment is quite positive and the employees here are very cooperative.

DISLIKES- I think there should be more paid leaves.

The company is very good.and educated company and salary is time to time.

I dislike the company because I have to work 6 to 8 hours all days. Then after five years I am terminated from the company. And today I am job less. And search the job.

Salary on time. (But no time to spend it) Free lunch and snacks (but no time to have it) Enough leaves (but no permission to take it)

Dislikes

KRAs were not well defined. Micromanagement. Toxic work culture. Inter/intra team disputes. Depressing environment. Robotic responses. Frequent resignations from peers(avg 3 people per month per floor) Sudden changes in short term as well as long term goals. Pseudo emergencies.
