Nothing to like in this company no bonus no work life balance unlimited working hrs o,no food allowance, only accommodation will be provided and salary getting on time

...not call it as company. Lichad firm. Qualifieds should join such organisation. While discussing on salary they are behaves like street vendor. This organisation is only for non educated and non qualified candidates. Rest of all you will got to know after joining.

The company is good for fresher. But pay scale is not satisfactory.

The work pressure is very high. Some times i have to work 14-18hrs straight in a day as i have to meet up with the client deadline. Mangers do not value an individual unique strengths. I do receive appreciation emails and call from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

It was great to work with Extinct fire. The overall journey was great. I learned and worked at the same time.

The salary was a bit underpaid, but the growth was good. You will be bombarded with responsibility and you will learn a lot through it

Worst HR policy ever even i worked more than many month HR doesnt give me experience letter, she told me you only worked 1 month in this company 👎 for upcoming employees be aware for this
