Boss never interfere in your work , it is your way how do you manage your work. One time one work, no need to be "God of work" for handling multilevel work and they have their respective departments. No restriction for break , you can take short break after taking a permission. Homely working environment .

Dislikes

Here rumors spread faster than actual words. Communication problem from one person to another . Unnecessary they create chaos an unimportant topic. Some times boss is not aware about the internal affairs which is happening inside the office. Without knowing the fact people pass comments and creates an embarrassing situation. People don't stay for a long time here for mysterious reasons. Mid top low level mangment problem and lack of coordination.
