...the owner is itself a joke and he a complete C which cant be described in works. At the end of the day no full and final, no salary , no experience letter and they will completely destroy your image by writing bad things in background verification process. better not to work for them and be cautious

I learned a lot of things about ZOHO and how things work in CRM software. Being from a commerce background I learned how to implement CRM which is a technical part and helped me to do things out of the comfort zone.

What I observed, the one who created reports wrongly for the last 2-3 months, got promoted. Surprisingly became trainer also. Management doesn't observe the things properly. Rather than work, people used to fill the time sheet whole day and time sheet show case is the most important factor there.
