Loved the work environment. Respect for Rakesh Sir, Mohit Sir, Abhishek Sir and many Seniors we don't yet know, as they were our Design leads/Seniors and ignored the mistakes we made often did in the Design/Animation work and uplifted us. There is another team that works on the static designs and Animation section ( Scripts ) but she cross checks the work multiple times, till she finds it perfect, as the ( Head of the design team ) from her perspective. HR department is amazing, they work hard online when it's connecting all together and having a good time on discussion. Appreciate how the management supports financially when a person is in need. They celebrate Birthdays, encourage online and ample of activities are taken online until it's work from home, as it's today. Would like to work with the organisation if I get an opportunity in future. And ya that's it. A perfect organisation to join and have experience inn. Thanks. Sreejith

The only negative remark I heard from few the increment in salary or "salary hike". So many work there for good time span, take the experience change and get back here again. " ONLY WAY OUT TO GET INCREMENT"

Compensation is average & growth is slow. Work pressure is very high.sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. I do receive appreciation emails from my clients but my managers mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

...), I haven't received my reimburse amount of internet and invertor as well as 3.5 days salary. Now labour court will give lesson to auch companies who think that they're hiring a slave or puppet who will be ready for them anytime, any day, in any condition. RAISE YOUR VOICE AND FILE A COURT COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY NOW IF YOU EXPERIENCED OR EXPERIENCING SAME. I AM GOING TO FILE A CASE AGAINST EKCS.

...ortive and the management is transparent. There is a gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Every thing, about timming, about work, about salary, about leave apecially and job security. Everything is out of track. The company is made for specially momdons not for hindus. We can see the partiality everytime between those who are non muslims.
