Everything.Instead of credit cards short time hired employees in the exposer house have to sell the job profile from the calling list . Be ready for get insulted everyday if the listed candidates are not interested in the job profile or not selected.Even The employees's parents also can be insulted if The employee not became fruitful for them . There are only 3 employees who are giving service them from the beginning & the each new employees are shown the same examples that how these people are working more than 10 years.basically they have no where to go as this experience can't be utilised anywhere .
