This is a flat organisation with no hierarchy. Salaries and promised joining bonus are not in place. Need to keep on chasing. All the time working on weekends and public holidays. Pathetic culture. No additional benefits. Forget about leaves. Unrealistic deadlines from upper management and to some extent micromanagement. Definitely not a place for family oriented people.

came to know the bitter part of life your manager will call EVERY saturday for work and then you will work 12 hours on that day too - what an inspiration to work

No job security at all. Anyone can be fired any time salary not paid untill you call HR multiple times people not professional in communication... always stressed and in hurry

Its a good company to work for.. great learning opportunities if you are willing to put in the effort, you will get a good experience. If not then you will be like any other worker. Managers are good and technically oriented. The company is customer focused and helps ensure almost each project is a success for the customer, which helps the team grow and client retention.

Dislikes

Can do more activities to make working fun other than the fun of doing great work and coding. Some processes need to be improved as things can fall through the cracks at times.. but nothing that can't be fixed. If you highlight it they fix it.. but could be more proactive.
