Saturday working schedule only I'm not happy.... Management decided to fix as normal working day Or else choose full day holiday .....

Salary on time good Bonus amount. nothing else is good.

management involves in politics to kick out the people who doesn't get into their good books. and keep the people for 20 year ,who are willing to be slave for them to wash their Toilets.

...e are been thier in operations don't have any manner to work, speak with others. And last they are jolous of other people who get a good salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Few people locally making company reputation down in the market. Maintaing a very poor and low profile about the employees, which is not good to companies growth locally.

Nothing to like it's a terrible place to work with blind and deaf higher management.

Terrible experience and higher management is blind and deaf. They don't even check the background reality whether employee is being targeted or really he has some problem. Most of the time reporting heads just cook up their own story and tell management to drag you down. In the course of 5 years of experience I have never seen anyone getting appreciation email except one department that is CFS team due to the fact that CFS team is involved with Branch managers to make additional money and share internally with involved people. A worst place to work and you will never be guided rightly instead you will be de-motivated on a daily basis. Instead of learning something new you will forget what you learned in the past. I suggest a big NOOOO to join Expo Freight PVT Ltd.
