There isn't any salary hike at all and no transport facility for faculty members as well as work life balance. An employee has to do tasks that weren't mentioned in the job profile at the time of hiring.

I have had the worst experiences.The management offered something in the appointment letter and the scenario is totally different from it.There is lot of partiality and biaseness from the principal's end. The teachers hired from outside have been provided food and accomodation but nothing is in parity as to what is said and done. They make you work double and there is still no appreciation for your work.

Dislikes

There is absolutely no growth .Your career will be doomed if you join here.So please think twice before joining. There is no freedom in the school in terms of both work and culture.There is least amount of communication between collegues as they are not allowed to mingle freely .Please do not get into the sweet words of the principal as she will be the first person to stab you.
