Nothing special... They will tell great place to work. But nothing is great here, only salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Useless HR department. Pls avoid this company Management will hear your problems, but won't solve them. HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. They will ask you to serve 3 months notice No transportation facilities, food, If no project they will ask you to quit the job They will put you in some client site and you need to serve for the client and you need to persuade client for increment and recognition.

Salary will be credited on time. Self development program can be utilised at free of cost

I worked in ME team,were manager's steals the credits of employees, you'll not be recognised for appreciation,for any kind of appreciation,manager ask you to beg to client,stating that " tell client to main for your internal rewards & recognition,then only I can proceed further".Managers are dump.employee performance will not be taken to the management by the manager's. -90 days notice period

It gave chance to Banking professionals to join as business analyst considering their functional knowledge is a very plus point of it , as not many companies give this opportunity. Top management is approachable.

Dislikes

Work life balance is really bad. Managers expect the team to stretch everyday without any extra compensation. Asking team to work on weekend is a very common thing and you may get just Saturdays as off or that too they will ask to work from home or be available. It’s just work and no life here. I managed very badly with a small kid in the above scenario and was not even given a promotion even though client appreciation mail was received for my work.

1.On time Salary. 2.Good Collueges. 3.Office Location is Super.

Dislikes

1.Less salary Hike as per Market. 2.Appraisal cycle is very Poor. 3.Not Good for freshers and Mid level as there is many of employees working here are more than 10+ years for same company and they behave like they are the Higher management. 4.Managers are not professional and they blame others and use curse language towards other for their own mistakes. 5.HR are pathetic. 6.Projects here are Outdated technologies.

Good learning for manual testing and good growth for only manual tester

Salary is not as per performance .. Fresher's will face alot of problem for very less salary formal dress and mobile will not allowed
