Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have been working with Expert's from 6 years now and my experience with the institute was unforgettable, I have learnt many thing in the course of my work period. I have been introduced to my writing and communication skills and was encouraged by the management to improve it in all aspects. It was a lifetime experience working in Expert's.

Dislikes

Well every institute has it's own down side and here was the work pressure we face during the of Dec, Jan and Feb because of Interschool, and inhouse competition along with that Annual function preparations and final exam lining up one after another.
