...e formatting is too long. office regular timings are 8 hours and one hour lunch. Then you will have to sit till 10 pm to get it done in 16 hours there is no compensation for your overtime and you have to do it in 16 working hours or else you wont get an upraise. no appreciation for work, i wish the management brings some changes and make this place easy to be at.

...iven least priority. 8. The company withholds employees’ documents (i.e. Salary slips, Appraisal letters, etc.) and uses it as a cheap instrument of employee retention. They will not provide you with the documents on due time and will say that we’re processing it. Lagging of salary slips for three to four months is a usual practice. 9. They will frequently ask you to come and work on Saturdays, and won’t give you overtime for that. However, they allow you to take compensatory off which most employees can’t afford because they overburden you with work. 10. And after you resign, the company will compel you to tell the name of company you’re moving into, otherwise they won’t accept your resignation and won’t let you leave. 11. Your FnF is not processed on time. They promise to give you your FnF within 45 days, but will not give you before three months. 12. Don’t fall for fake reviews that they ask their employees to write.

Expertlancing Research services (Hell). Work culture is worst, people who work here are the worst people ever. Worst place to work here. R&D team is useless team, Team lead of R&D is a useless person even they don’t know about the D of development. They only do favouritism. No work life balance 13-14 working hours. Negative work environment. Management spread lots of politics in the office premises. They hire many interns and fire them without any reason. This company only do showoff kind of thing. Only few people who is a sycophant get a good advantage in this company.
