Salary was on time. That was the only takeaway from the company.

Management consider professional employees as labourers and treat accordingly. The health, safety and environment management system is terribly ineffective. I had worked in Shuqaiq phase 4 desalination project. Food provided was too bad. Inspite of informing this concern multiple times to the project manager. No action had been taken by him and the management.

If you are a fresher. Its a good company.

Very less salary. They gave 1500-1800 +ot for hse. For ptw 1200-1500+ ot. I worked around 7 months there. But only 2 months i went for work. Rest days i stayed in room. Only basic they gave. So if you are going take fixed salary. Otherwise don't go. Its hell. Food is average . Senior accommodation also not good. In one room 4 ppl is there . For normal employees like fitter, firewatch, rigger3 6-8 members in one room. Planning dept is waste. For morning work. They will putdaily Planning in morning only. So we need to wakeup at 3am. And chck planning. If work is there we need to go at 6 . Daily we need to chck Planning .

Some time food is not good,and other things is company has to provide site allowances,if person is travelling to other city projects

HR Prison kind of rules Very very very lowwwwww quality food Don’t care attitude of management for low level on site employees, especially in terms of basic necessities like Very low maintained toilet containers No proper refreshments Low grade food

Nothing! Seriously I thought life will be better comming abroad but I am going through the real hell. The camp is nothing but a labour camp, No cleaning, washroom smell like gutter .

Poor salary, No labour low adharance, Office is no where in the desert. 20 km far from the city.
