All permanent employees are uneducated they have only certification and they don't have any engineering degree so they treat the new employee as a slave and they don't have technical knowledge they are doing Postman work not as QC.be careful if your new employee they will use bad words also.ECC is good company but specifically PMT department is not good(worst section heads and word shift leads)pls one who studied at good college or university don't join,if you don you will loose your reputation.world is very big and good companies are lot.

Salary timing is very good, End of the month salary comming.

Every company having some issues, but once salary received on time, then everything is good. Company management Should make one team for direct meeting with workers, monthly/ Quarterly. Bkz something is not good with worker's.

HR Prison kind of rules Very very very lowwwwww quality food Don’t care attitude of management for low level on site employees, especially in terms of basic necessities like Very low maintained toilet containers No proper refreshments Low grade food

Nothing! Seriously I thought life will be better comming abroad but I am going through the real hell. The camp is nothing but a labour camp, No cleaning, washroom smell like gutter .

Poor salary, No labour low adharance, Office is no where in the desert. 20 km far from the city.
