...at all employment friendly. They keeps changing according to their own benefits. The salary is less than the deductions. Word count deduction..late coming deduction....late EOD deduction...deadline miss deduction and so on. The word limit is not achievable especially during peak season still they expect to achieve the required word count along with the incentives. This leads to the negative vibes in the office and there is zero motivation to work in the organization.

...reciated about this company so far. Please don't join this company it's a fraud. They will pay you pennies and management will find all innovative methods to harass you. The word limit in lean season is 3000 per day to make sure that employees resign. There is no one who is a PHD expert but we are told to lie to the client and even told to give exams on behalf of students. I like the fact that I resigned from the organization which stopped my traumatisation.

(H.R TEAM IS WORST) This office is full of politics and management has a keen interest in private life. You won't find anyone who is happy and everyone is searching for another job. HR (Miss Ghosh) has no other work than shouting at employees around on things she has no business or knowledge about. She is also paranoid about office politics and if she sees two employees talking she gets nevered out One writer is getting 15k and the other is getting 40k. There is no fixed salary or policy as to the word limit sometimes 2.5 k or 3k. They even used to tell us to post fake reviews of social media platforms and Naukri portals. Please don't fall into the trap.

Learning and collaboration environment was the only good part.

Instability of thoughts in leadership. Poor infrastructure. Lack of confidences in teams, shell company to support finances of other companies.

a lot but no point of writing as they don't care about employee reviews. From every aspects money comes first for them. .... . . . . . . . . . and like other reviews, this review will also be ignored.
