No any well training structure for freshers, no any job securities because of they hired on contractual basis,no any salary increment/appraisel yearly And last one is HR will never pick up our call. Only answered on mail...In short we can say "Name Bade Darshan Khote".

No any Increment yearly given to its employees . They hire on Contractual basis So there is no any Job Security.

Dislikes

No any Job Security due to Contractual Job. No any Salary Hike after a year completion.

There is nothing which can be appreciated for in Experis it.

Dislikes

...release them at any point of time. No job security no matter how ur performance. Salary is low and credited in late hours. I recommend everyone not to join this consultancy either apply directly to any startup company if u don't found mnc's.

...surance policy. Dont cover any maternity related disease can you believe this. Some RM even ask for work 2 hour extra without pay.

Nothing to like here. RM will scold you like a slave. if tell them somthing you dont like they will ask you can leave the company. Every year change the incentive plans. No appraisal policy. They wont even give you 1 day work from home.

Nothing is good about this organisation.

Dislikes

- Incentive will be paid after a year for your placements. - Sometimes salary will be delayed -No hike. Even after good performance. -No appreciate / recognition of employees -Company won't spen a penny for you apart from salary. -No benifits or holidays (12 days/ year) -They don't care about you. They only care about your placements -Worst management. -No transperancy in the organisation -You will not know nor talk to anyone apart from your manager. - Poor response from HR. If you like to do some social service this would be the right place.
