The company is good for all fresher's. Fresher's must be learn work from the organization alot. They will hire you immediately but when you want the leave organization you have to survive for max 45 days. Good organization and every month of salary paid by before 2nd of the month. Work culture depends on client location. It is IBM third party organization. The employees come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

For experience candidates they gives salary is less. They didn't give night shift allowance and ExperisIT organization employee's is decent and Growth is slow. Sometimes I do receive appreciation emails from customers, they mostly unnoticed. Once you leave the organization the salary will be credited after 60days, it means first you have to survive 45 days and after 60days mostly receive the salary and within 45days you will receive the Experience letter. There is no job security. once client project completes, mostly they will give you information about another client project but it depends on client vacancies. They will fire you immediately once project is completes.

Monthly Salary is given in time to time. 1st of every month.

Dislikes

If you dont take higher salary at the time of joining company never give you a proper salary structure as per company norms or the basis of industry. Obviously the HR system are vogous. As per contract based job 3 month notice period is disgusting.

...surance policy. Dont cover any maternity related disease can you believe this. Some RM even ask for work 2 hour extra without pay.

Nothing to like here. RM will scold you like a slave. if tell them somthing you dont like they will ask you can leave the company. Every year change the incentive plans. No appraisal policy. They wont even give you 1 day work from home.

- Incentive will be paid after a year for your placements. - Sometimes salary will be delayed -No hike. Even after good performance. -No appreciate / recognition of employees -Company won't spen a penny for you apart from salary. -No benifits or holidays (12 days/ year) -They don't care about you. They only care about your placements -Worst management. -No transperancy in the organisation -You will not know nor talk to anyone apart from your manager. - Poor response from HR. If you like to do some social service this would be the right place.

As I was working on the contract basis to the MNC company.they will not keep you on the one single month salary from their own side. They will stop salary if client contract gets over. In this situation only fresher or people from same town can survived.
