It all depends on the client you are working with. You will get salary on time. I stayed for an year, but have not received any performance feedback, nor an interaction with the Experis IT. I am thankful for helping to Experis for helping me when I was unemployed and and they offered me a good package also. I did not expect anything much from them.

...surance policy. Dont cover any maternity related disease can you believe this. Some RM even ask for work 2 hour extra without pay.

Nothing to like here. RM will scold you like a slave. if tell them somthing you dont like they will ask you can leave the company. Every year change the incentive plans. No appraisal policy. They wont even give you 1 day work from home.

Nothing is good about this organisation.

Dislikes

- Incentive will be paid after a year for your placements. - Sometimes salary will be delayed -No hike. Even after good performance. -No appreciate / recognition of employees -Company won't spen a penny for you apart from salary. -No benifits or holidays (12 days/ year) -They don't care about you. They only care about your placements -Worst management. -No transperancy in the organisation -You will not know nor talk to anyone apart from your manager. - Poor response from HR. If you like to do some social service this would be the right place.

As I was working on the contract basis to the MNC company.they will not keep you on the one single month salary from their own side. They will stop salary if client contract gets over. In this situation only fresher or people from same town can survived.

I think there was nothing which I liked in Experis, first of all when they did not even match my salary which I got in previous company saying you will get it separately in form of allowance and it was not shown in salary slip too.I think one star is also more than enough I wish there was negative rating also. I am working for more than a year and no sign of appraisal or salary increase. Also there is No one to help here. Leads are there but they are only to mentally harrasement and when you will tell to your manager then they will not help you but instead take side of leads. You can not take a penny from company pocket. No incentive are there they will only show you big dreams but never pay incentive only managers can get incentives with which they purchase expensive mobiles and cars. The company will eat your submission and placements and you will never have any sign of it. And yes few times they run internal competition but you will never get any results of it instead manager eats the reward money too.

Sometimes they ask to work on Sunday saying whoever will make submission will get a special reward but you will never get any reward, or comp off. They have no plans or agenda but only to suck the blood from recruiters body. Favouritism is a great part here and they simply assign the placements of one recruiter to another favourite recruiter ( specially girls) and you will never get any sign of it, they will call you to office in Bangalore but will never pay you any travel allowance.
