As I was working on the contract basis to the MNC company.they will not keep you on the one single month salary from their own side. They will stop salary if client contract gets over. In this situation only fresher or people from same town can survived.

...ations. They wont support and answer you queries.no benefits and reimbursement .no increment or appraisal in your salary due to client revenue loss.no career growth or skilled programs..no compensation and no health benefits.very poor response.3 months notice period .

It’s just a outsourcing consultancy nothing to to say much about it you will get your salary after clients gives them… once you resign you will not get last month salary this my personal experience with them. It’s actually not with them they can’t do much about it if client doesn’t pay they will not pay… It is some big reputable company which didn’t pay these guys… then these guys didn’t pay to me I feel sorry for these guys.
