Provide salary on time that's it. Nothing else

Dislikes

In my case, they hire me as a developer. But in actual they don't have any development projects. They hire you on a contractual basis for their clients which they don't mention in their offer letter. If the clients don't have any projects for you then this company will release you on immediate effect.

They have many good projects so u will never get bored, and for fresher it's good place to learn for 2 years, then u will feel like doing the same stuff most of the time

They don't know how to manage projects, they want u to work day and night, if u work there like a donkey &, if they think ur good robot which can work more then 12 hours a day & doing great in ur work then u will get compensation, if u r planning to join here, keep in mind that from now onwards u need to do this work - life = work balance😂

Work culture is very awesome. New ideas are always appreciated. Every employee is treated equally.

Dislikes

There are very less points for this company that can be added in dislike. But again nothing is fully perfect. I would add work and life balance in dislike point as working hours are not set there is a huge amount of work load and might have to work more the your working hours daily. But you should take it encouraging as your work is always remembered and appreciated.

Nothing is good about this company, it is very unstable and politics based company. If you want job security, don't even think about joining this company.

No job security, Hire and fire policy, Very much office politics, Worked 2 days at stretch without going home and it was not a sole incident, forget your home if you are in this company. No work ethics, no professionalism, on certain senior people rule entire company. They lie to clients, charge premium amount and exploit employees by overloading and stressing them. They also lure their employees with Free night food, some booze for completing development on urgency. No rules, very pathetic company. Join this company especially project development team if you want to ruin your life and career.

Job location, I guess

Dislikes

No training. No innovation or respect for account managers. Discussions do not happen over ideas, rather they are focussed on people. CEO is a complete thwat! He holds no respect in the eyes of employees and looks down on people. Each team here plays a blame game. There's no love for work and there's an absence of responsibility and ownership.
