I like the location of the company. It's just near to BKC and great corporate culture seen over there which is good for freshers to get to know about insights of corporate.

Dislikes

... company lacks to maintain good peoples in their organization for a longer time. Most people only look at this company to get hired and get a hike in salary and then leave this company as there is no growth for development.

They pay better, few mangers are good and colleges are good.

Dislikes

...ny work life balance I work like 14hrs on average a day, no additional benifits they only give the base pay which is your CTC no additional benifits like joining bonus or other bonus

Best work life balance and good pay and employee benefits. Experian is als always employee friendly company.

Dislikes

Just make sure you are not part of India leadership team, else you will see same old corporate politics, bad people around.

1. Work culture is great. Everyone respects each others availability. 2. Leadership is diverse and huge emphasis on Women in Tech.

Dislikes

1. Compensation is low. 2. Less structure in Consumer Information services as it is acting more like a startup in an old Corporate America company.

The overall learning on new products and services is easily accessible which is something I like

Dislikes

Work culture is bad and there is no knowledge transfer that happens . People management is also an issue.
