Please think 1000 times before joining this company. Very very horrible work culture, full of internal politics and they will never encourage in your bad patch nor appropriate in your good work. And after 2 years of working giving all your hardwork , time , effort they will tell you you're not capable of doing what are you doing. And no learning they use old technologies and product is soooo defective that when you devlop something in product first you have to solve existing issues. All the devlopers are so frustrated and fed up no one is happy working there just because of bond employees are working and After leaving organization they will never clear FNF nor your bond amount so total waste of time and efforts.

Work-life balance to an extend which depends on, in which team you work in. Non supportive team

not paid in time over time is not taken into consideration less employees and therefore the pressure is always on your head poor management skills the decision makers change the strategy whenever they want

Worst Company Culture: Senior: like Tejashree, Dipali, and people with less knowledge will blame you even if you are right. Senior: will try to add you to a delayed project. The culture is good. Karishma and team encourages youngsters to go the extra mile.

Nothing as such i had a good experience overall. They maybe need to work on the training a bit more. Product has lots of competition in the market.
