Lot of politics. Favouritism. I'll treatment by the department managers. Unexpected salary due to monthly variables bonus. Too many internal KPI's. Ideas not welcome. They will create situation like you will leave the job yourself

Overall the company is excellent Very good package ,training and support.

Dislikes

Some management who is in transport division is very egoistic. Don't listen any suggestions or give any value to subordinate opinions.

I have gained nice Experience. But they have not concentrate in salary, but they keep on adding the work load without adding Salary

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is poor also career growth also slow for Contract staffs nor Company staffs.

Likes

Work culture and life balance. Certification and training on Safe agile for PO, Scrum Master and practitioner. Open door policy, no hierarchy. People oriented company.

Dislikes

Pay scale is decent but appraisal hike is not as expected.

They're really employee focused company and gives a lot of thought about work life balance and employee well being

Dislikes

Not the best place to start your career, since the company take very traditional approach the technology learning will be very limited, still it is upto the individual to strive and learn.
