Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? I worked as a intern & it's a unpaid internship so I have no idea regarding the salary but they don't preplacement offers to the intern & I worked here in pendamic so don't know much about the work culture also.

They are giving best position's to work for and extra benefits at the start.

Dislikes

They don't train people well if you are fresher then you'll need proper training and guidance also what they want in candidates also didn't understood by an fresher HR executive..how can anyone do screening without knowing what exotalent wants in candidates. Total bad experience. Employees are supporting but culture to poor.
