Timings are odd Mobiles phones are not allowed inside Cabs don't on AC in summer Too much work but salary is less.

No work life balance half a month work for 11+ hours a day. No salary benifit.even work on us Holiday and national holiday, no work satisfaction just work like labour not a single promotion from last 3 years negligible increament in salary no focus on skill development

Worst company ever... Lots of delay in salary... I haven't got my salary since last 5-6 months plus my incentives are also pending since the same duration. And now the company has been discontinued because of this pandemic situation...

It depends on your reporting supervisor, otherwise I didn’t find anything good about this organisation. Yes, both side cab facility goes with the pros.

Poor and incompetent management. Knowledge sharing is not there, instead people are humiliated by seniors. Job is not secure at all, you can be targeted for any reason. Favouritism plays important role, seasoned people want their referrals in the processes.

Fake promises management always say they will gave the promotion but in the end their is no promotion it's management way to manipulate you and use you as much they can....
