Increment is to low while compare to others P4p given on their personal interest I didn't get my final settlement and experience letter yet now I didn't get proper training that's why I have only little bit knowledge about our process Last time I didn't get my stutotary bonus I asked my supervisor and Lead assistant manager they told to me we don't know who get this bonus . This is the answer I get from them

...are trustworthy and long run. One don't have to panicked for the job security. Even in the covid time we don't get any layoffs or deduction in salary. Salary is a bit less as compared to similar companies in the market.

Less salary as compared to other companies. Promotions are less and are very difficult because of the less steps in hierarchy. Cab service should have been better.

I like work environment and my team Here there is no much more salary increment and work pressure in my team other teams i don't about it I'm not sure

I like everything in EXL except i have been working in EXL since several years but pay not increased with my experience.

...They provide out dated desktop to work, which is a lot of headache to work with. Hike in salary is just in dreams.

...hen you join that is when the worst nightmare begins. There is strong politics. Very sloww growth, in comparison to other companies the salary is far below industry standards. No reimbursement or appreciation for working late, working on weekends or on holidays. Multiple times you have to work late in the night. The salary is not up to the mark! Forget you have a family if you join this company as you won’t get time to spend with them. Nothing to learn here, efforts are never appreciated. Rude boss and leaders in the projects.
