Everything Salary variation is too much Let's take one employee is getting 4 LPA but another employee for same post same lob may be getting 10 LPA NON AC CAB

Disconnect with leadership and it doesn’t feel like you are part of a system, rather an individual contributor, if you are working on pilot projects, beware that none cares for you until or unless the project works!

My rating shows the level of satisfaction i have while working in EXL Consulting. The auper pathetic function is HR payroll.

Working culture Timings Salary Support from other departments e.g.HR and IT.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

Dislikes

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees
