As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees

Their work culture is good overe there all supervisors and managers are supportive.

Their salary structure they don't do increment as employee expectations. And also they don't offers good salary to their employees in insurance Process.

Salary... they give salary in penny, chillers, Managers. I want to take names Kiran and mukesh ( she is real evil ) Ther are the real enemy they will cut you down after hiring 1.5 lac to 2 lac freshers😆 this is how they justify their salary... You can't take you CL PL SL, if you want you have to work on Saturday, I don't know when or ever government will look these matters? They will deduct employees PF plus employers pension amount from your salary 😆😆😆 And because you are the employee you cant argue about it because boss is always right.. (This is Illigal) And HRs they will sell themselves in just 2 thousands. Good luck 🤞

...hen you join that is when the worst nightmare begins. There is strong politics. Very sloww growth, in comparison to other companies the salary is far below industry standards. No reimbursement or appreciation for working late, working on weekends or on holidays. Multiple times you have to work late in the night. The salary is not up to the mark! Forget you have a family if you join this company as you won’t get time to spend with them. Nothing to learn here, efforts are never appreciated. Rude boss and leaders in the projects.

Some projects make you use your grey cells, they are difficult Some are easy. Projects are very interesting and you get to learn if you genuinely want to.

... lagging behind a lot! It is like sarkari naukri. Hardwork is not appreciated. The amount of work given is indirectly proportional to the salary. Why do they even have appraisals in the first place if the payout is so shockingly low. They should keep it to themselves. Being an employee myself, there is no satisfaction, there is lack of growth being in this company, the management doesn’t care. Since I have joined this I have given very less time to my family as there is always some or the other kind of work. There is no time to do dinner/lunch with family. If there is so much work, the salary should be good too.
