Salary comes on time. People who should had been fired had they been someolwhere else are still around, so job security is a plus

Appraisals and promotions in recruitment for Noida in general were pathetic for the year 2023-24. If you're going for operations go for it but enabling is another ball game, totally depends who is sitting in the seat above you as they dictate everything

I like company environment and work life balance.

Dislikes

As I know much more than my job profile and my work and salary is very low, same with approx 60 percent employees here, so I will say skill growing and salary is low points in Exl.

Likes

Everything is good at EXL. The managers are very supportive, and I have been working from home since I joined. They never force anyone to come to the office, so there is a great work-life balance. Salaries are paid on time without delay, and they regularly provide lots of training and learning opportunities.

Dislikes

The most dissatisfactory aspects of EXL are the salary and appraisals. They provide very low salaries for freshers, and the salary often depends on the previous salary. Appraisals are also very low, averaging just 5-10%. Additionally, you will not receive any bonuses or festive gifts. Therefore, if you are a fresher expecting a good salary, my suggestion is to avoid EXL. For experienced professionals, it is better.

Likes

Exl service provide you good package and monthly incentives are very good. Working environment is good for women, cab facility, gym, canteen all are perfect. Company infrastructure is so good, security is at best.

Dislikes

The bad thing about exl is process are not stable, it get ramp down soon in the middle of year which is worse part of exl. Job security and stability is a peak problem. Exl should work for it.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees
