Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

Good work life balance in most of the projects. Salary hike is above average and good bonus if your review is good. Direct client interaction.

Dislikes

Learning is not great. Management is not very supportive. Office lacks lot of facilities.

Exl is company where employees have job security, work culture is friendly, managers and higher management are too supportive

Dislikes

Exl doesn't have value of old people who are working since long time with exl. Not increasing package as per Market correction. Not satisfied with CTC and salary

...mpany due to lock down. *EXL is an amazing company in terms of job security. *Salary is as per industry standards * IJPs come up frequently and promotions are on papers *Higher Management is exceptional *There is an EXL centre, which has been developed especially to help it's employees learn new skills
