Did not lay off during Covid, so jobs security is good They have some good projects to learn but landing on those is very difficult Chances of on-site visits

Salary does not justify work expectations, huge pay gap & very slow promotions due to college discrimination irrespective of your work performance & client ratings Despite consulting opportunities across different domains, very difficult to switch domains like from Banking to Insurance If you are stuck in a team with long term project/cyclic BAU projects, changing teams requires lot of efforts, push, requests, escalations & thus time Work-life balance is not good, even in pre-covid times, people chose to work instead of fun activities due to work load

First of all I am speechless for this company. I worked here for 7 years and trust me it is one and only company where I have not feel any stress for 7 seconds. One of the best place to work in across NCR. Awesome experience and if I get an opportunity to work as a QA or Business Analyst so I will definitely work always.

Dislikes

Salary packages are not too much as per costliness but I would say that comfort and money can not earn at one place.

Mandatory overtime without overtime pay. Most of the joiners are freshers so that the manager can easily handle or replace them. Don’t know whether this is with a specific team under a toxic manager or within the entire company. Some of my coworkers is taking therapy to handle the work pressure where the hourly charge of therapy cost higher than the daily salary.

Am part of from 2014 to 2019 September.Very good platform to work .life with EXL is just like a our college life.. collegues and managers are very very supportive...

The best thing about EXL is that you will be heard. Specially senior management is very supportive and understanding. Company provides with enough opportunities to grow in career and fair chances are given to almost everyone.

Dislikes

Salary brackets can be better as compared to market standards. Appraisals can be improved for better employee retention and satisfaction.
