...me daily from Monday to Friday. No work life balance. No work from home concept. Salary offered is also less. They take daily work update and no proper training or instruction given

That you will get a lot number of things to learn, even when you are intern you will get to work with the leads and you can contribute in the live projects.

Dislikes

You won't have job security , like out of nowhere you can be fired even you do your work sincerely and even you have work to do, firing the peoples who are on bench can be understandable but firing the people who are working for the cost cutting is not admirable.
