Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Dislikes

Work life balance, job satisfaction is terrible. The bank has no vision whatsoever. I regret the years I spent here and would me moving out soon. It all looks hunky dory from the outside as there are not many sources of information. But the reality is very very different. Worst place to work.

Strongly recommend. Prepare well for interview, go through website of the Bank, national international, economic matters matters most in interview. Communication skills, etiquette very important.
