The colleagues are quite supportive fostering a sense of community and collaborative work. Exigo Tech offers flexibility of work arrangements such as remote work options which allows employees to better balance work and personal responsibilities. There is a lot of opportunity to self learn and develop skills in the organization. The management is quite approachable too.

Dislikes

There has been a few things that I disliked about working at Exigo Tech: They had a lack of strong leadership which led to confusion and conflicts within the team. The managers were not effective in communicating goals and expectations to their team, which makes it difficult to achieve targets. Exigo Tech did not offer competitive salaries or benefits packages. This made it difficult to retain talented employees, who often left for better-paying jobs elsewhere. The management team oftentimes favored people who are in close reference or relatives over other qualified candidates.
