...litics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Annual increment is on Basic salary which is 3-4% on the CTC. HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.

- No job Security, they will transfer you anywhere in India without informing you - Toxic Work atmosphere, no work-life balance - Mid Night stay on Monthend - Too much politics in Gujarat Team, as a girl you can't growth in this firm because other employees make fun and characterization of you

It's ok ok. I am working here since July-23 to till date. I observed a lot of things like here is no work life balance and toxic atmosphere. 1.Work life balance 2. Every day going like closing day 3. Toxic atmosphere 4. Biased appraisal system

Received salary on time. There is nothing to like about Exide. Before interview share your Job files different and after joining time job profile change.

Seniors People don't know properly knowledge of Exim. Also they don't listen if you advise something about new foreign trade policy and procedure. Organisation culture is like a monopoly management of senior officer. There is dirty politics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.

Salary on time, senior are very co operative, job security, travel expenses and allowance, faster claim settlement, good incentive policy, good work culture

Dislikes

Nothing much dislike, some time work life balance difficult to maintain , increment is less
