There is nothing to like in Exide, specially in kolkata. There is lot of politics and management is totally support those things. If you allies of a powerful group then you can hire / fire anyone including your supirior. Performance are not the parameters for promotion. The company is still on market due to the product line and product depth. Else working here is like hell untill / unless u r a part of a powerful group and u r good at oiling
