It's ok ok. I am working here since July-23 to till date. I observed a lot of things like here is no work life balance and toxic atmosphere. 1.Work life balance 2. Every day going like closing day 3. Toxic atmosphere 4. Biased appraisal system

Received salary on time. There is nothing to like about Exide. Before interview share your Job files different and after joining time job profile change.

Dislikes

Seniors People don't know properly knowledge of Exim. Also they don't listen if you advise something about new foreign trade policy and procedure. Organisation culture is like a monopoly management of senior officer. There is dirty politics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Annual increment is on Basic salary which is 2-3% on the CTC. HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.

Salary on time, senior are very co operative, job security, travel expenses and allowance, faster claim settlement, good incentive policy, good work culture

Dislikes

Nothing much dislike, some time work life balance difficult to maintain , increment is less

1. You have to stay whole night in office on month end 2. Every day meeting in meet with same speach again and again 3. Abusive language used by RSM and ASM 4. Personal attack and personal talk like ( teri kiti gf he meri 5 he said by ASM) 5. Mentally harashmet by ASM & RSM 6. No support by ASM just fake promishes 7. ASM come to market after 4pm before that he was in home taking his meal when ever you call him 8. No support from ASM When he was with us in feeld just rubish talk 9. ASM dot do any thing just talk 10. Be aware of "chatu employe" 11. OLD ASM was very supportiv 12. Too much poltics towrds hard work employe 13. You will judge by your carecter 14. RSM will make jock on you in wp group and harash you with pics Dont join in GUJARAT Territory if you are planning
