Compnay is good, it gives more chances to GETs and PGETs Engg. to grow faster. Salary hike is almost negligible max. 1 - 2% of CTC where as inflation rate is > 7%. So day by day you will become poorer. Politics is very hige in RnD. Top management looks how to reduce the man power. So job security is horrible. There is no pressure only redundant pressure of your top managements which will kill your state of mind.

Dislikes

Seniors People don't know properly knowledge of Exim. Also they don't listen if you advise something about new foreign trade policy and procedure. Organisation culture is like a monopoly management of senior officer. There is dirty politics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Annual increment is on Basic salary which is 2-3% on the CTC. HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.
